By accessing or using the DRVANA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

DRVANA provides a technology platform connecting riders with drivers, customers with delivery couriers, and users with local businesses in Grand Rapids, Michigan. DRVANA is not a transportation company or delivery service — we are a technology platform that facilitates connections between independent contractors and users.

You must create an account to use certain features of DRVANA. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Drivers and couriers using the DRVANA platform are independent contractors, not employees of DRVANA. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, maintaining required licenses and insurance, and providing safe and professional service to users.

DRVANA uses flat-rate pricing for rides and delivery services. Payment is processed through our secure payment system. DRVANA retains a platform fee from each transaction. Specific fee structures are disclosed within the app.

You agree not to use DRVANA for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm other users, to provide false information, or to interfere with the operation of the platform. Violations may result in account termination.

DRVANA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DRVANA in the twelve months preceding the claim.

DRVANA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
